In Canada
We usually ship the next day. We use CanPar, Purolator or the mail. Allow for 2 to 7 days

In The USA
Our shipments leave every Wednesday via UPS. Grandfather clock kits are shipped by truck. Allow for 3 to 7 days.

Overseas
We ship airfreight to the closest national airport. Correct freight charges will be given upon ordering (in the range of $200 to $400)

Rush Shipments
We can accommodate to most places next day delivery. Please call for a quote.

Return Policy
We have an unconditional 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with our product just send it back for a full refund. Please call us first for instructions on how to return it.

Warranty
We have a 2 year unconditional warranty on parts and labour. If you have a problem please call us first. Most problems can be solved over the phone. If it has to be returned we will advise you on shipping instructions.

Back Orders
We will advise you immediately and indicate approximately when the item will be in stock or what could be substituted. A backorder can be prepaided or charged when sent It is your choice.
